Well, here's a little update. Beth found a job. A good job. One that helps the community and makes some decent dough. :-) I am still hunting, myself, though a temp agency with which I had an interview today actually told me of a position that suits me perfectly. Only caveat is that it's a solid commute to get to. Hope if I get the position, I can scrape up the fuel cash to get there. It's a support job for a company that ships security equipment. Wish me luck.
As to the rest of the situation, the family that put us up is still putting up with us, at least for now. We apprecieate their kindness. Thanks to them, we have a roof, and food, and facilities. Here's hoping that soon, we'll have our OWN facilities somewhere. On that, wish us both luck.
Sorry we haven't kept the blog up. We're not on line so much these days, and when we are, we're usually just checking mail, doing research of some sort, and then logging off. I will try to be more vigilant in my updates.
